About Melbourne Psychology House.
Melbourne Psychology House is a Private Psychology clinic nestled in Malvern (VIC 3144), Australia. Our Therapists are fully registered Clinical Psychologists with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) & Psychology Board of Australia, completed postgraduate master degrees in Clinical Psychology, have extensive experience treating a wide range of psychological difficulties, and undertake ongoing training, research and professional development. Established in 2023, we are a young and passionate team of dedicated therapists driven by a shared mission to provide lasting relief and change for people facing various mental health challenges.

Our name Melbourne Psychology House was chosen to embody our vision of creating a welcoming and nurturing environment for our clients. We view our practice not just as a clinic, but as a home for healing and growth. We recognise that home symbolises a safe space, a sanctuary where one feels supported and understood. However, we also understand that sometimes, things can go wrong at home. Through our therapeutic work, we aim to rework what went wrong, transforming suffering into growth and resilience.
At Melbourne Psychology House, we believe in the power of therapy to transform lives. With a focus on alleviating suffering and unlocking potential, we utilise evidence-based modalities to guide our clients towards healing and fulfilment. Our commitment to ongoing professional development and supervision ensures that we remain at the forefront of our field, equipped with the latest tools and insights to support our clients effectively. Drawing from extensive experience in both public and private sectors, including The Royal Children's Hospital, Thorne Harbour Health and Dynamic Psychotherapy, as well as serving in old age homes, we bring a depth of expertise to our practice. Our approach is person-centred, trauma-informed and LGBTQIA+ inclusive, reflecting our dedication to creating a safe and inclusive environment for all individuals.
Healing Your Mind and Heart
Psychological pain is a natural response to life's difficulties. Sadness alerts us to loss, anger to crossed boundaries, guilt to mistakes we want to amend. While pain is challenging, suffering is often unnecessary.
At Melbourne Psychology House, we provide a safe space to explore your thoughts and feelings openly. Our experienced Clinical Psychologists, Chris Bolton and Lauren Ross, will support you with perceptive insights, practical tools and a warm, collaborative approach. Whether you're facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, or something else, we'll help you develop resilience, find clarity and create meaningful change.
